At the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre.  This National Historic site and the last operating double-decker theatre in the world will be participating in Doors Open Toronto with free one-hour guided tours at specific times only - 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:00pm.  Reservations are not required.  Everyone will be accomodated.
