International Downtown Association Leadership Retreat
Beyond Management to Leadership

The International Downtown Association (IDA) Leadership Retreat is a three-day, interactive event that will showcase the strategies and tools to effectively manage downtown environments. 2010 will be the first time that this US-based association has held their leadership retreat in Canada. The Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area is honoured to host this prestigious event.

The 2010 theme, ‘Beyond Management to Leadership’ will serve as the backdrop to showcase Toronto’s greatest triumphs in the area of urban centre development, provide opportunities for delegates to establish deeper connections within their own communities, encourage greater awareness of the leadership qualities required to excel at downtown management and learn how to transform strategies into action. 

Dates: April 16 to 18, 2010
