Downtown Yonge BIA provides a focused Retail Recruitment Program aimed at supporting member property owners in their retail leasing efforts. Working with New York-based specialist retail consultant Michael J. Berne of MJB Consulting, the BIA works to match space with potential tenants in the district by liaising with the various stakeholders involved and facilitating both contact and information.
